Our UpSkills Employment Training Program staff are committed to leading a comprehensive training program geared to the specific needs of the job seeker looking for integrated real time practice.

 

UpSkills utilizes life/work skills, challenges, and group discussions to explore barriers to employment and independence at work and home. 

 

 Training includes workplace attire, hygiene, safety and boundaries within the community, conversation pieces, resume and cover letter assistance, interview skills, attendance and time management.
